Bringing films to Bude

AGM 2011

The Accounts show that BCC received donations during 2011 in excess of £700.

The bulk of this (£500) was received as a Community Project Award from Royal Sun Alliance Insurance - which encourages volunteering by their pensioners and the community organisation/s they support.

The cheque was presented by John Gimson, RSA pensioner, (on the left) to Nick Compton, BCC Chairman.

This award is being held as part of BCC’s equipment fund and is likely to be used for a portable projection screen, enabling greater mobility.
